St James holds regular open days - these are advertised in the What's On section of this website. These events allow you to enter the ringing chamber, learn about the history of change ringing and the bells in St James Church and (optionally) have a go at ringing the bells yourself. Practice night is on a Tuesday at 7.30pm and visitors are always welcome.
